SigmundStacks is a Tolerance analysis software that enables engineers to evaluate, optimize and validate assembly build quality, relative to piece part tolerance and assembly process variation early in the development phase before design solidification and hard tooling procurement. SigmundStacks prevents costly tweaking delays at ramp-up as well as long-term variation problems.
SigmundStacks enables engineers to quickly and efficiently evaluate the one-dimensional (linear stacks) effects of component tolerances and assembly process variations on the quality of manufactured products.

3D printing is a form of additive manufacturing technology where a three dimensional object is created by laying down successive layers of material. 3D printers are generally faster, more affordable and easier to use than other additive manufacturing technologies. We give product developers the ability to print parts and assemblies made of several materials with different mechanical and physical properties in a single build process. Our Advanced 3D printing technologies yield models that can serve as product prototypes.
By uploading your 3D computer file and constructing from it a series of cross-sectional slices. Each slice is then printed one on top of the other to create the 3D object.
